Wisniowski is expanding its product portfolio by adding the Develo PVC window system, which combines modern design with elements such as high thermal insulation parameters and further environmental protection thanks to the use of eco-friendly materials. This way, the company wants to offer its customers a green and aesthetically appealing alternative to aluminium windows.
The Develo system uses only class B window profiles, as defined by the EN 12608 standard. Additionally, a steel reinforcement ensures greater robustness, dimensional stability, and durability. The windows are fitted with convenient and easy-to-use Maco hardware providing burglar resistance in compliance with Security 1 and Security 2 resistance classes. Moreover, secondary raw materials are used to manufacture the windows, which means that CO2 emissions are reduced by up to two tonnes compared to the use of new materials.
Thanks to the use of a 6-chamber profile with a triple sealing system and the installation depth of 80 mm, a high level of thermal insulation is ensured. The windows have triple glazing, up to 54 mm thick, infilled with argon. Thanks to the Ug value of 0.5 W/m²K and UW of 0.78 W/m²K, they should contribute to reducing the building maintenance costs throughout the year. Apart from high energy efficiency, according to the manufacturer’s data, the Develo windows also offer excellent protection from noise: the Rw value of 37 dB ensures remarkable acoustic comfort.
Modern design and interiors filled with light
The simple and plain design of the Develo windows resembles aluminium
windows. Two design versions are available: “standard” and “modern”. The “standard” variant is characterized by slightly rounded glazing beads which soften the straight lines, while the “modern” design of slats adds more character. The slender profiles of the Develo windows let in ample amounts of light, helping to create bright, welcoming interiors. According to the manufacturer, thanks to the V-Perfect technology, the welds are almost invisible.
A multitude of variants
The Develo windows are supposed to set new standards in terms of quality, efficiency, and comfort. They are available in a number of different variants. As the windows are installed directly on the floor, they make interiors look larger, creating an impression of spaciousness and providing better ventilation. Thanks to the low threshold, they are a great choice for patio or balcony doors, ensuring an almost invisible passage. They are also available as lift and slide or parallel slide and tilt doors. Moreover, products from the Develo line can be purchased in a broad range of colours and different film coating options to turn your dream vision in terms of colours and styles into reality. A wide selection of matching handles and other accessories is also offered, making it possible to tailor the products to your individual needs and preferences.
