Infoprogetto is a series of events for architects where they can learn about new tools, solutions, and products which might considerably facilitate their work. During a recent meeting in the Italian city of Brescia, our representative had the opportunity to talk about projects created by WIŚNIOWSKI with architects in mind, among others.
An architect’s job starts with imagination. Later, however, whatever they imagined has to be quickly transferred to paper or the computer screen. Unfortunately, ideas or concepts quite frequently encounter limitations – an existing solution which would properly reflect the architect’s thought and let the customer see the shape of their future home cannot always be found. During the meeting in Brescia, we discussed recipes for dealing with these difficulties.
“We have always emphasized how important customers are to us. They are the ones making the final decisions regarding their homes. We also appreciate the role of those who are sometimes left out – architects,” says Maciej Walencow, Sales Director for Southern Europe, who represented the WIŚNIOWSKI brand at Infoprogetto.
“A house is built with the involvement of the owner, an architect, and manufacturers of the elements necessary in every building. The architect transfers the customer’s dreams onto paper, creates a design which is later executed – also thanks to WIŚNIOWSKI. This is why we are so committed to supporting architects in their work and looking for beautiful and lasting solutions together,” he adds.
During the presentation of the WIŚNIOWSKI brand at Infoprogetto, we talked about the ideas and values which lie at the heart of our business activity. We also introduced Italian architects to the world of WIŚNIOWSKI products and talked about the new solutions we added to our range this autumn.
Modern architectural designs are frequently based on BIM/CAD files. They are models of actual products which can be placed within the body of the designed building. Why is it a good idea to use existing solutions in this case? First of all, customers get a clear answer to their question: which garage door, which window, which door, which fence will match my home?
Everyone who has had first-hand experience with finishing a home knows how demanding and difficult it is to choose the joinery and fencing. This initial narrowing – e.g. in terms of design – allows the customer to make the final decision faster and, more importantly, enables them to “test” their decision earlier on.
Nearly all of WIŚNIOWSKI gates, garage doors, windows, doors, and fences are available as BIM/CAD files. They might therefore constitute an element of the project first, and then of the actual building. We keep working on growing our BIM/CAD library – we want it to assist architects in creating breathtaking designs and help our customers make the dream about owning the perfect house come true.
