The DoorLock is a modern and user-friendly solution by Somfy which lets you control the entrance door at any time from any place in the world. The product is intended for the CREO external aluminium doors by WIŚNIOWSKI (inswing version only). But it is also compatible with the EcoTech doors with a single- and three-point automatic lock.

The DoorLock is operated by the Somfy Keys app which makes control of your home entrance even easier. “Once installed on the smartphone, the app pushes a notification each time the lock is unlocked or locked. The household is informed about any entry attempts, including unauthorized ones,” says Marcin Szostek, Smart Technologies Product Manager at WIŚNIOWSKI. “All you need in order to get in full control is just a smartphone with Internet access,” he adds.
The DoorLock can be easily paired with the Connexoon and TaHoma Premium control units. By using the dedicated apps, you gain even more possibilities. The DoorLock can also be controlled with your voice: use voice control on your smartphone, the Amazon Alexa or the Google Assistant smart speaker.
Doors fitted with the DoorLock can be opened remotely from any place in the world. “Your household members do not need to carry separate keys or install apps on each smartphone. Parents can let their child in if school ends early whenever necessary,” explains Katarzyna Świderska, Marketing Director at WIŚNIOWSKI.
The DoorLock can be further connected to a wireless code keypad and an RFiD card reader. The building owner can authorize occupants to open doors fitted with the DoorLock not only with a smartphone. Other options include a card, a fob or a special code. You can generate a single-use passcode in the app in real time and text it to any phone number.
The DoorLock is an alternative to an electric lock. Thanks to the battery power supply – sufficient to provide several months of intensive use – it will work even in case of power outages. The Somfy Keys application notifies you when the batteries need replacing. The DoorLock can also be locked and unlocked with a regular key.
You can also choose to install the DoorLock in your current door. Just make sure it is an inswing door or one fitted with dormas 50.
