MODERN AND RELIABLE PROPERTY PROTECTION

VEGA B panels belong to the 3D panel group. Embossing is a distinctive feature of this product group. Embossing adds extra rigidity to the panels. The number of embossed elements depends on the panel height.

PROVEN TECHNOLOGY

The VEGA B panel is welded using raw wire, next, it is hot-dip galvanized or electrogalvanized, and then powder coated. The special features of the panel manufactured using this technology include reliable welds and the elimination of possible corrosion centres.

CORROSION RESISTANT

Mesh panels are subjected to strict testing in our in-house laboratory, which checks the product’s corrosion-resistance. This allows us to offer a product with excellent quality parameters.

UNIVERSAL INSTALLATION

VEGA B panels can be mounted on 6 types of posts using 8 types of fixing accessories available from WIŚNIOWSKI.

SYSTEM-BASED SOLUTION

The VEGA B mesh panel is an integral part of the fence. It can be installed together with the PI 95, PI 130, PI 200 sliding gate or the BASTION or MODEST system double-leaf gate or wicket.

VEGA B panels are spot welded using single steel bars. VEGA B panels are terminated with extended 30 [mm] long bars on one end, in the bottom or top section of the fence.

Installation systems

VEGA B panels can be mounted on posts using 8 various fixing accessories available from WIŚNIOWSKI. The panels can be installed in a flat or inclined area, directly above the ground or using a concrete plank. Posts can be installed directly in the ground or on a concrete foundation using base plates.

The post is supplied with plastic caps and holes for easy installation.

Galvanized sheet profile post
A proprietary solution by WIŚNIOWSKI. The post profile was designed to provide maximum safety to users (the nut is concealed in the profile recess of the post). The post is supplied with plastic caps and holes for easy installation.

Round post. Post diameter 48.3 [mm].
The post is supplied with a plastic cap and holes for easy installation.

3d gamma — **GAMMA** System
Galvanized sheet profile post coated with polyester paint.
A proprietary solution by WIŚNIOWSKI. The post is supplied with plastic caps and holes for easy installation.

Mesh panels are welded using raw wire. The panels are manufactured in accordance with the PN-EN 10223-7:2013-05 standard. The mesh panel can be protected from corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing (in accordance with EN ISO 1461:2000) or electrogalvanizing (in accordance with PN EN ISO 2081:2011) and polyester coating (in accordance with EN 10244-2:2010). The combination of the zinc and varnish coatings in the DUPLEX system substantially contributes to extending the life of WIŚNIOWSKI fences.

We offer a 10 year anti-corrosion guarantee on our coated panels.
