Refurbishments are all about adapting the functionality of the current building to the needs of its users. Often the aim of the refurbishment is to improve the aesthetic quality of the building. This definition also applies to RenoSystem, a solution for UniPro sectional doors dedicated for garages intended for refurbishment.
Solutions offered by RenoSystem were developed in response to the needs of buildings intended for refurbishment. They make it possible to install sectional doors in the garage opening regardless of the building conditions, even if the building has no lintel or side clearance.
The structure was built using specially designed door frames adapted to installation in openings with uneven wall surface. This structure comprises a fascia panel system produced in the same colour as the door curtain, which ensures aesthetic appearance without the need for further plastering.
The clear area of the refurbished opening can be used in the maximum scope, because RenoSystem takes advantage of the torsion springs at the end of horizontal tracks. The UniPro RenoSystem doors improve the functionality of every garage and are available in the manual and automatic version.
RenoSystem solves a multitude of potential issues during the replacement of garage door, assuming the building had been fitted with a door with different installation requirements, e.g. an up and over or double-leaf door. The structure is mounted directly to the existing surfaces using a system of angle bars which, paired with fascia panels, make up for the functionality of the missing wall elements.
